Without a doubt, the best customer service I've ever received. From the second I walked in, Erica, Tom, and Caitlin (Sorry if I spelled that wrong) made me feel welcome, but more importantly, moved heaven and earth to find the parts that I needed, and made sure I left the store with a smile on my face. Absolutely nailed it. I went in for two belts, and a pulley for my push mower. They found the pulley and one of the belts without a hitch. (Even cross-referencing a part number on the pulley to 100% verify I had the correct part.) The second belt is where it got interesting... The stock was showing like nine or so in stock, but nobody could find it for whatever reason. At one point, basically the entire team was looking for this one particular belt for my mower, all the while balancing the other customers in a timely manner. Just when we thought for sure it was out of stock, in the eleventh hour, Caitlin comes through in the clutch with the final missing part.
TLDR: The absolute best customer service. Do not hesitate to give them your business.

There is no where else I’d go for modifications for my Toyota Tacoma. This company is outstanding!

Amazing company! From the minute we walked in the door! Very friendly at the front desk -helpful quick in n out and extremely fair prices -I bought a few tons of stone. The delivery driver was amazing as well super nice very helpful!! I will definitely be recommending this company and going back. A plus for sure!!!!

I had my Jeep lifted and added badass wheels and tires. MT did an awesome job, was great to work with, and the pricing was good. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to take their Jeep or truck to the next level.

Customer service is top notch! That’s a rare statement these days. I didn’t know what to expect going into the place but James was right there to walk me through everything. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The guy knows everything about every piece of equipment in there. He answered every question I had and was able to explain the differences between two machines in such detail you would have thought he engineered them himself. He and the staff were upfront and honest about pricing and lead times for parts.
All in all, a great experience. If you’re in the market for repairs or new equipment I would definitely recommend checking out Guire.
