Brandon runs a quality top notch garage door service. Very professional, quick response time and excellent customer service. Matthew was very courteous, respectful and paid attention to the smallest details. He made sure everything was done right and made sure I was happy with our garage door. He even cleaned up any debris that was on the floor. Matthew knows what he is doing. This is the third time I have called on them and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend B1 Garage Door!

Our garage door had various issues, including, stalling, hesitating and "just being stubborn." Our cold weather expanded the problems. We called BT1 Garage Door Company and spoke to Brandon. Brandon assigned a repair person and arranged an immediate visit. Matt arrived shortly thereafter. He listened to my description of the problems and went to right to work. I watched and occasionally asked questions as to what he was doing. Matt was polite to answer my questions and also offered advice as to issues he was fixing or adjusting that I knew nothing about. I think he thought of everything. Our garage door is smoother, quieter and now, reliable. I personally don't think that there is a better garage door repairman or maintenance man than Matt. These guys are great! Both times that I’ve needed them, it was very quick same day, or early the next day service. I can’t remember if I called or left a voicemail but their initial response time to inquiry was very quick. They came and did expedient and quality work and even for such immediate service, their invoice was very competitively priced. I I will only use them for any garage door repair going forward.

Timing couldn't have been worse for my mom's garage door to break. The day after my dad passed away their garage door broke and Brandon jumped right on it and sent a tech out 10 minutes later. Philip, the technician, was considerate and understanding and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. They showed me the chart to demonstrate the last vendor installed an improper spring and the correct spring model number. This team does a phenomenal job, I made the initial call and they had someone out the following day. From diagnosing the problem to offering a solution, Phillip was in constant communication and answered any questions that I had. He even took the time to program each of my vehicles remotes.
